The first clause Oprah wants her audience to hear directly the reason she leave the show meanwhile the second clause, Oprah want the audiences to know that she valued their relationship so much. The tone for these clauses is tone 3. It is level in the low rise pitch. The clause is in tone 3 because, it is more like a request rather than command. 


I want you all to know that my relationship with you is one that I hold very dear.

Usually, imperatives are in favour of tone 1 which is falling. An imperative of this kind is made up of commands. In this clause, the command is quite mild. It is more like a request. Thus the tone for the clause is of tone 3 which is in level and has a low rise in pitch.
